So sorry it's been a while since my last posting! Summer is here and we have been super busy at Shake it up! I have a few extra little helpers (my kids, ages 8 & 6) @ the Nutrition Center, so we're having a blast.
We kicked summer off with the FUSE Training in Kansas City on June 6th and 7th. Wow, it was just an incredible training and we learned so many new things from those who are the most successful both in Herbalife and with the Nutrition Club concept!
We are looking for more Wellness Coaches to be part of our team and help us implement some of the things we learned....especially hosting a Weight Loss Challenge! If you'd like to earn a part time income of $500-1000 a month or a full time income of $2000 or more a month email shakeitupnutrition@bellsouth.net or call 678.467.6709 for an interview!

LAUNCH Business Training Tomorrow!
We are gearing up for an unbelievable training tomorrow right here in Alpharetta, Georgia and this training is going to be AWESOME! Get Fit Gwinnett Awards Night
Wow! We just finished up an incredible Weight Loss Challenge in our community called Get Fit Gwinnett. We had over 50 participants, lose 372 lbs. in the last 10 weeks. We met weekly for weigh-in's and our nutrition class and I think I can speak for everyone that it was an absolute blast! Stephanie walked away with first place, with 14.8% of weight lost (25 lbs.). Simply incredible. She's a mom of 6 who was told at the age of 26 that she had MS and would be wheel-chair bound in a year. That prompted her to join a gym and meet up with us at Shake it up! Since we first met Stephanie she has lost 85 lbs. and three years after her original MS diagnosis she is running an hour a day rather than sitting in a wheelchair. The power that nutrition can have on your body is just incredible!
For our Awards night, we gave away over $1,000 in cash and prizes to our winners and participants. Plus we collected several hundred canned food items to be donated to the North Gwinnett Co-Op, a local ministry.
We already have requests for our next challenge, so just watch your emails...I promise one is going to begin soon!
